Kraken fee set to 10% when trading XRP/BTC

Postby andrewp » Sat Aug 12, 2017 11:27 pm

Kraken has their fee set to .16%/.26% maker/taker.

Fee in Haasbot shows 10% fees. Can I get this checked out please?

It looks like a small update issue, i think if this stays this way for a minute or so then it will update itself. We just set 10% by default when no fee percentages are known (yet). But its build to self-setup so it should fix itself.

I've officially stopped trading on Kraken. 2 different accounts and 2 different coins and it will allow me to buy said coins (XRP and Dash) but keeps retiring out whenever they try to make a short and it's stuck all day trying to sell with an error each time.

I trade on bittrex Ripple and Dash and bots have no issue. Even trade on Poloniex with Dash (margin) and have no issues. It's gotta be Kraken. I would look into it. In the last 24 hours this has. Even the case so I hope it's temporary.

Thanks for the response Steven!
