[Read Me] How to Ask and Receive Help

Welcome to the Help and Support subforum. This is where you can reach out to both the Haasonline Software Team and the community for assistance with our software. Here are some steps that you can take to ensure that you have gone through all the documentation that may already resolve your issue before asking for help.

1). Consult the Haasonline Software Wiki

2). Check through this forum to see if someone has not already ran into the same issue as you have.

3). If the above did not resolve your issue, please make a detailed post in this forum

Please follow this template when asking for help:

1). Describe the issue you are experiencing. Be as descriptive as possible.

2). Which feature are you trying to set up?

3). Which exchange, bot type, indicators, insurances, safeties are you using that may be contributing to your issues.

The support staff will try to answer your questions and provide assistance as soon as we can, but in the meantime, the community may help you out before we can get a chance to. Please give at least 24 hours before bumping your post.
